1. Where do you ship my order from?
All orders are shipped from New York.
2. When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged at this time. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched, at which point you will receive a notification email.
3. How can I exchange or return an item?
You have XX days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).
4. Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please email our Customer Care team at info@shopreloved.com as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Ordering and Payment
Payment Methods
NET‑A‑PORTER accepts the following payment methods. Please note, available payment options may change depending on the items within your shopping bag. Payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch.
Credit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DISCOVER, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.
Apple Pay:
Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment.
Shipping
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
As you’re shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged on all orders where applicable.
Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. For this reason, an estimation of the tax charge might be added to your order total during the checkout process. Exact charges will be calculated automatically after your order is shipped, depending on the Zip Code of the shipping address. The final amount will in any case be equal or less than the estimated Sales Tax and will be indicated in the invoice you receive with the Shipping Confirmation email.
It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by RELOVED and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
